Throughout her tenure, Rep. Logan would continually work for her district in what would help them. She called for Medicaid Expansion through either its own separate bill or through the budget, pushed for teacher’s raises, increase the COLA rates for retirees, raising the minimum wage, free school lunch for public school students, funding for infrastructure, supporting law enforcement, and more.
Rep. Logan view on legislation and its impact with 3 primary focuses: Safety, People, and Mecklenburg. This includes bills to put a strong punishment on those that pass stopped school buses, establishing death by reckless boating, increasing the penalty for strangulation require just cause for all employees of the state, increase the number of State Troopers in Mecklenburg County, increased economic development, and more.
